Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Natura is the perfect place to hold conferences and meetings. The hotel offers impressive conference and meeting facilities suitable for small meetings and events, as well as larger conferences, exhibitions and presentations. Reykjavik Natura offers all the facilities and services you need for a successful event.. A selection of rooms of different styles and sizes (4 – 350 people) are available to choose from, all with have the technical facilities needed as well as professional service and first class catering service to add to the overall value of the event and make it a success.
The Main Conference Room is on first floor and can take up to 345 persons but can also be split up into two smaller meeting rooms if needed. This room is ideal for conferences, meetings or any kind of event for smaller or larger groups.
The Auditorioum Room, the movie theatre, seats up to 110 guests and provides all you need for video presentations, like HD video projector and sound system. Furthermore, facilities like flip chart, whiteboard, DVD and wired microphones are standard equipment and there is wireless Internet in all areas of the hotel. The room gets totally dark if needed when videos are being shown, for the attendees to enjoy to the fullest.
There are five breakout rooms each for up to 50 people, thereof four on the ground floor and one Board Room on the 3rd floor with stunning view over Reykjavik City. The rooms are fully equipped for any kind of a successful meeting; a projector, screen, flipchart, whiteboard and wireless Internet.
The Banqueting hall is located on the 1st floor and is ideal for larger scale degustation, banquet or reception in Reykjavik, the room takes up to 280 seats and about 400 standing guests. This facility is settled with carpet flooring and is fitted with a cloakroom and restrooms.
At the restaurant Satt, meaning True in Icelandice, its served fresh, free-range food that has been sourced from the best local farmers and fishermen. It’s prepared in an artless manner to showcase its flavours and colour, and served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is authentic — tasty — Icelandic food
With 220 rooms to choose from, with an array of different designs and sizes, there’s an accommodation to suit everyone at Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Natura. Many of the rooms of the hotel were recently renovated and standard amenities in all rooms include: a hairdryer, refrigerator and satellite TV. Free WiFi Internet connectivity is also available in all rooms and areas of the hotel. Parquet flooring and impressive new interiors were recently fitted in all rooms and, while it looks good inside, you can also marvel at the spectacular views to be seen from so many parts of the hotel. All cosmetics and toiletries in rooms are organic from the company Sóley Organics, an Icelandic company known on the international cosmetics market.
