Grill Market Restaurant

Grill Market is located in the heart of Reykjavik in a historic building which dates back to 1920. It originally was built as a cinema and its décor is inspired by Icelandic tradition and nature.

The delicious food served at the Grill Market is a magical fusion of tradition and modern cuisine and based on a close collaboration with farmers throughout Iceland giving personal advice regarding their produce, whether it´s honey, cheese, skyr, beef, mutton or quail. In order to further enhance the natural experience, a smoke fire burning wood and charcoal is used. Open from 5 pm. Table reservations needed well ahead.
